No Voluntary Returns
NOT BY WORKS does not offer voluntary returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind beyond any rights required by applicable law.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To exercise this right, you must notify us at support@notbyworks.co within the 14-day withdrawal period.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product. We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.
Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.
The product may only be handled to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and fit. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.
Refunds Following EU Withdrawal
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, eligible payments will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
The refund includes the price paid for the returned product and, where required by law, the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, contact us at support@notbyworks.co as soon as possible and include clear photos showing the issue.
Do not send the product back unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Choosing an incorrect size, colour, or other product option does not qualify for a free exchange or free return. This does not affect any statutory right of withdrawal that may apply.
Personalized Products
Products that are made to a customer's individual specifications or are clearly personalized may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
